The hardest thing in life is seeing the person you love most suffering right in front of your eyes while you can’t do anything to help them.
My beloved grandmother is 80 years old and has stage four liver cancer. The cancer has spread to her thigh, spine, left shoulder, and possibly her bones as well.
Sometimes she talks, responds, eats, and drinks normally. Other times, she seems like she’s in another world. She doesn’t talk, answer, eat, or drink, doesn’t take her medications, and just stares at the ceiling or a wall with her eyes open. It scares me so much to see her like this.
The doctors say she may only have a few weeks left, but I believe the Lord is the one who decides. He can prolong her life and give her strength.
Please pray for her to regain consciousness and never become like this again. Pray that she can eat and drink again and that her blood tests will be good.
May God give her strength, ease her pain, and prolong her life.
