I was let go from my job a few of weeks ago and it was a surprise. I did receive a small severance, but it means I am now looking for employment. Aside from the obvious financial concerns, there are the emotions of feeling rejected as well as questioning my value/worth. I know who I am in Christ, but the feelings are there, real, and challenging.
Please pray for my family and I as I search for work, hoping it will be a good fit, where He wants me to be long term, and a place I can make an impact for His Kingdom
