We ask for your heartfelt and holy prayers for our beloved sister in Christ, Janet, who is elderly. She is in the hospital and going through a very difficult time of pain and illness. We ask the Divine Physician of both body and soul, the Lord of all goodness, to extend His healing hand and have mercy on her with a touch of healing and peace that will end her pain and grant her strength. For the past few years I have been doing my best trying to navigate life with my daughter who has mental health diagnosis and care for my Father with dementia and somehow I was lost in the sea of chaos. I was pulled over a few months ago only to realize that I somehow did not even realize I was driving illegally. Please pray that I can get through this season of having to go to court. I have since rectified the situation and I am terrified of what the outcome will be in court.

UPDATE ON PREVIOUS REQUEST: My Family has undergone extreme legal prejudice of late. My son, has been in the middle – as is always the case. It has become abundantly clear that nothing is going to change (quickly) in the court room and/or legal world in regards to fathers’ roles in children’s lives. As such, we have formally decided to give our dear boy up for adoption to his birth-mother; abdicating not for what is ‘in the best interest of the child’, but to choose what’s best, for our Family, in hopes that this sacrifice would be turned around in the future. Truly this has been a horrific decision. Please pray for my son, that we would somehow continue to have some sort of connection with him until he (tragically) can make his own choice of primary residence at the age of 12. Please, please pray. This has been a very tragic and all too common situation in Family Law.
